The Saints have Grandchildren!

Last we left the Saints, Denise, the 2G heiress had married Benjamin Long. After the wedding they had gone upstairs to bring on Gen 3.

Unfortunately, due to a bad chance card, Ben lost 3 Charisma points, so he now needs four more, plus I found out he ’s a knowledge sim, so basically his wants were: Be abducted by aliens, Defeat the Grim Reaper, See a Ghost, and maybe the odd Flirt with Denise. Because he had all these crappy and hard to fulfill wants, he was rarely ever in gold, let alone platinum, but when he was, I had him use the Thinking Cap and the mirror in the skill building room.

Well after about 5 WooHoos, I finally heard the cute little baby lullaby music and in the morning, Denise was throwing up a lot. It was a much harder pregnancy than Anna had with Denise and Monica. But when she was in a good enough mood Ben was absolutely doting on her

Around this time Monica spun up a want to “Have Very First Kiss” so I had her call up the matchmaker and she payed a hefty sum. And out of the sky dropped Kent Wong, and Monica had 2 whole lightning bolts with him.

I had them work their relationship up for most of the evening, stopping when Monica was in the red for one of her needs, and when their lifetime relationship was around 40, I had them kiss. Monica shot straight into platinum.

They spent the rest of the night romanticising, until about 2:00 am when he went home.

Soon then, Denise had a much larger belly than usual and she was being sick much less in the morning. Soon though, it was her time to jump out of bed in pain and give birht to…

A little boy, which I named Lee. He has brown hair, just like Ray, Denise and Monica, but blue eyes, which he either got from his father Benjamin, or from his Grandma Anna.

Denise would never leave her alone, whether she autonomously fed him, bathed him orjust started playing with him, she would not leave him alone.

Anyway, Lee soon grew into a toddler, and he was quite a cute little one, with a personality of 4-8-3-9-7, for a grand total of 31! Not bad. He gets his playfulness from Ben, his outgoingness from Denise, and his low Active and Neatness from Ray probably. Where he got that niceness from I have no idea. Denise and Ray had niceness of 5 and Ben had niceness of 4. Probably from his Grandma Anna’s niceness of 9.

Anyway, remember I told you that Denise would not leave Lee alone as a baby? Well, that all changed and it was Ben who doted on him all the time.

Next update, the AWFUL toddler years.

  5. Hey! I love your blog. :D I was just commenting because I dunno if you’re still having the problem with sibling-clones, but I wanted to tell you how to solve it, just in case you were.

When you start up the game, go into CAS and choose “create a new sim” or whatever. Then click the randomizer button a few times. Cancel the family, go play your legacy house, and when you have a baby he/she will look different from his/her siblings!
